1. Service Agreement
By purchasing any PrepHires package, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services are designed to provide job preparation support, career guidance, and skill development. We commit to delivering all promised services within the specified timeframe.
2. Package Validity
All packages are valid for exactly 1 week (7 days) from the date of purchase. This validity period cannot be extended or transferred. Services must be utilized within this timeframe.
Package validity starts immediately upon payment confirmation
Unused services within the validity period will not be refunded or carried forward
Emergency extensions may be considered on a case-by-case basis
3. Payment Terms
Full payment is required before service commencement. We accept various payment methods including UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking through our secure payment gateway.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
Payment confirmation triggers immediate service activation
No refunds after service delivery begins
Pricing may change without prior notice
4. Service Delivery
Services will be delivered through multiple channels including email, WhatsApp, Zoom sessions, and our online platform. Response times and delivery schedules are outlined in each package.
Resume and cover letter delivery within 48 hours
Mock interviews scheduled within 24-48 hours of request
Job leads provided daily as per package specifications
WhatsApp support available during business hours
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide necessary information and documents promptly for effective service delivery. Cooperation and timely communication are essential for optimal results.
Provide accurate personal and professional information
Submit required documents within 24 hours of request
Attend scheduled sessions punctually
Maintain professional communication
6. Privacy & Confidentiality
All client information is kept strictly confidential and used solely for service delivery. We do not share personal information with third parties without explicit consent, except as required for job application processes.
7. Limitation of Liability
PrepHires provides job preparation services and career guidance but cannot guarantee job placement or specific outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
Results depend on individual effort and market conditions
We are not responsible for third-party actions or decisions
8. Refund Policy
Refunds are only available before service delivery begins. Once any service component is delivered, no refunds will be processed.
Full refund available within 2 hours of payment if no services delivered
No partial refunds for unused services
Refund processing takes 5-7 business days
9. Modifications
PrepHires reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
